Character edit commission + Patreon's refund problem (Patreon)

Another edit commission I completed! 

The "before" cards are made by others (also commissoned).

These edit commissions mainly involves:

• remaking face and eye shape
• remaking various textures (Face, bra, eyes)
• fixing mod issues such as list problems and when the original modder didn't adjust the texture colour to fit the colour filter
• optimising mod

Although I remade some parts of it, it's still an edit so the characters will be private. However, I can share the bra as I drew that from scratch and got permission from the commissioner!

Another topic is Patreon's refund problem.

For those who don't know, Patreon's refund system is buggy this month. It's not only me, a few other Patreon creators also have this problem (as seen in Patreon's community Discord). 

This is what it looks like to me when I click on refund.  

I tried this on a patron who violates my ToS but still wants to receive a specific reward. I censored the patron's name to protect their identity. (took me 30 minutes. All personal info is fully censored. I re-rendered 5 times and played frame-by-frame to confirm.) 

It's merely an unfortunate timing that they couldn't be refunded (which I explained the reason to them and apologised, wished them a good day, before blocking them...). But they still had access to all other rewards like early access, outfit requests, voting in polls, all videos, and over 20 GBs of PSDs as listed on my tiers, and continued to spread misinformation and make false reports maliciously about "not receiving rewards". 

$10 isn't only for a single character card. I hope you understand. If it makes anyone feel better, I got death threats because of their made-up story. This is the last time I'll make a post regarding drama or any BS.
