Hey man i love your content but your FAQ has got to be the most complicated FAQ I have ever seen at least on Patreon haha. Like there have been times when I've thought about pulling support because the FAQ was just too much. Idk maybe that's just me. BUT on the other hand I do get why you have such strict rules about your content.

Many things are mentioned there because I offer a lot of rewards, and for transparency. Not only cards, but how to troubleshoot when your card isn't loading, along with scenes, outfits, PSDs, videos... Most patreons I've seen (related to koi at least), only focus on one of them. Cards only. Scenes only. Videos only. I talk about my work schedule (to explain that I'm not always online to send rewards), how Patreon works (affecting how and when I send rewards), etc. The only way to cut down the length is stop talking about it and let people figure it out themselves, or just not offer other rewards including the bonus ones at all. Honestly the main point I wrote it is because I hope people will stop asking "how to download cards" every time and save both of our times, because I already mentioned it in the FAQ and the monthly posts. And for those who'd ask why, I offered an explanation. I spent a lot of time on it, days and months even, and am still updating it when I find something useful to add. I'm not sure which part you think was too much tho. If you think there are parts which can be improved please tell me. I'll see if those can be edited. I don't even have strict rules. My rules is basically be nice and don't share my content. I didn't even add rules at first because I thought that was common sense, but apparently not, so I had to add them. The FAQ is just there to help you learn more about how it works without asking me directly. Sure a few people is fine, but I can't handle a hundred people asking me the same questions over and over in my inbox. I'm the only person running my Patreon, no partners, no assistants, no helpers. I could've just directed them to the FAQ where I explained everything. It's not a long read, and for those "I'm not reading all that" types they can use Ctrl+F and seach the topics they're interested in. For those who don't want to read anything, they can just don't.
