Changing Tiers (Patreon)

I'll be removing the $10 tier for an undetermined length of time, and switching all it's benefits to $5, which necessitated a new tier image. So I thought I'd share the WIP image of me (or my fursona) giving it a stretch.

I'm not flexible.
