Small changes to the tiers (Patreon)

Both tiers have been sligthly changed, now colaborative will only allow you to see the full res of pics that are already published while the $10 tier gives you access to pics that are still yet to be posted, w.i.ps and some comics if I ever make them >w<

This change only aplies from now on so older pics might still be avainable for all peep.
