IMPORTANT iOS UPDATE - Patreon Changing Fees (Patreon)

 Apple is up to their garbage again and now they are going after creator's on Patreon. This is the nonsense I woke up to today in my inbox.

TLDR; Apple will now be taking 30% of every single pledge or purchase made on the patreon app in their apple app store.

You can avoid this by NOT USING THE PATREON APP ON APPLE/IPHONE WHEN PLEDGING TO ARTISTS.

I am being forced to allow patreon to UPCHARGE on all pledge tiers just so apple gets their cut, otherwise I have to lose out on a lot myself.

THIS FEE DOESN'T EXIST FOR DESKTOP OR MOBILE SITE.

Thankfully this does not apply to any current pledges, only those in November and onward, but it is still a cruel and greedy blow by apple. :c
