Looks promising! Keep up the good work. Also wanted to let you know that I got a directX error "d3dx9_37.dll is missing" even though I have a fresh install of Win7 and a newer version d3dx9_43.dll installed. I tracked down the Microsoft DirectX installer to fix it, but you might want to keep an eye on it just in case someone else has the problem and can't play the game.
