Thank you very much for the compliment. Well the CC (.package) should go in the Mods folder but the Tray items (all the stuff that starts with 0x) need to go to the Tray folder. Also, make sure to have "Include Custom Content" when in your Library, otherwise they will not list and of course make sure you have your Game Options set to "Enable Custom Content Mods"
