Dunno if you ever thought about this and it doesn't really matter, but would your version of Gardevoir just be a girl cosplaying or an actual pokemon? If that makes any sense

I thought about her like a cosplay. For example, for keep his ears shape, I added a piercing instead give her the original shape, so that she remains human (but she is more an elf that an human).
