On the third odd Thursday of the month, the Devil dresses in drag and wanders the world granting wishes and causing trouble. When that day also happens to fall on the second full moon of a month, a Blue Moon, things may get more than strange. Just so it began, very early one particular Thursday morning, the 31st of January.
