Annual Memberships now available (Patreon)

Annual memberships are now available, pay for a whole year membership when you sign up and get a discount, Annual memberships will cost approximately as much as 10 months at regular tier costs.

As part of this change, regular monthly memberships are now pay-up-front, This has no real on existing memberships.
