I had an important issue with Ren'py this morning when building for Android. My android key has been corrupted for some reason. I managed to fix the issue and build the game anyway, but you might have to delete your previous version before you install the new one instead of updating. When deleting the previous version, you'll also delete your saves, you can try to put them aside by moving them tomporary elsewhere and then putting them back in the right file.
If you can't do so, you'll find 3 saves in the main folder at 3 key moments (read the "read me" document).

PC:
You're saves from 0.20.0 may or may not work. Just give it a try but if it does not work, you'll find 3 saves in the main folder at 3 key moments (read the "read me" document).
