Hey Guys,

So Things are taking shape, it seems, and something special is happening in my life, and a lot of you helped me reach it. I finally found a place to live and it seems that I will be purchasing a place with some family members in order to afford it.

So I will be moving next month after the 17th at some point after taking possession of the house. I am incredibly excited and anxious as I say this but the House inspection just came back with a laundry list of maintenance issues that need to be done but nothing overly major that would stop the sale.

I have been house or apartment shopping since May and this is an incredible stress that soon will be off my shoulders. A couple of renovations need to be done before winter comes around, but most of them can wait a year. I am incredibly anxious but excited about this.

I want to thank all of you for the support that you send me and for enjoying my books. I would never have even been able to do this without you guys.

This should end any Moving announcements for at least several years, if ever in the future, and I want to thank all of you again. I wasn't sure if I would find a place with how things have been, and interest rates in Canada have been insane.

I don't know how much more I can say about the topic, but I want to address it and Thank you all so much. You will never know how much you all mean to me and what your support means to me. I cannot express this with words, and I look forward to continue writing more books for you all to enjoy.

Have a great day! I will be working on some chapters today and hopefully get two out to join this announcement.

Congrats on the house!! Such a headache to go through but definitely worth it in the end. Don't know how it works in Canada but I got an escrow account that wrapped up my taxes and home insurance together with my loan payments and split them all into a single monthly bill. It's a pain but it saved my ass from forgetting about house taxes and getting the Surprise extra $2grand every six months as house taxes work in the US

Thanks, i know and I have others to help me out with it as I am not purchasing by myself. I have others who will help me out a lot :D

I am unsure too but I have to figure out a lot soon like how to pay the property taxes the final monthly mortgage bill. transfering utilities. So much more but I am unsure if I can bundle it all together. Something I might look into. Thanks!
