Waking up in the morning, my body twitched a little down below, and my ass felt sticky. My body was pressed against soft skin, and my head was in the middle of Victoria's soft breasts. "Okay, I will look forward to it," I said with a sleepy smile.

"Now, Want to shower together? I want to wash you as you wash me," Victoria said, and the morning was a little fun soon later as we playfully jumped into the shower together. We played together and enjoyed our short time in there before getting out and drying each other with some kisses mixed in. Pressing a towel against her breasts was something fun as they molded to my movements, but we kept it short and ensured that it didn't go further than playful.

Stepping out, Victoria pulled me into her closet, and I was dressed up in a Sports bra with a little bit of padding and nipple covers so they wouldn't chafe my nipples. Yoga pants covered my lower body, and Victoria smiled as she saw me dressed in something similar but in green pants and a grey sports bra. Her smile was bright, and we left the bedroom and went to the gym not long later.

Li and Gabby were no longer surprised seeing me like this, and we all started to work out. I started to focus on my core as I felt it needed work lately. I started to go burpees and planking a little. By the time Li left, my midriff was already crying out, so I started to do squats to increase my suffering by focusing my legs a little to give my core a break.

I finished up, dripping with sweat, and my core was trembling a little as I realized that I had recently forgotten my core training. I frowned at that realization, but it was something that I could always fix. I walked out of the gym and headed to the kitchen Li was smiling as I arrived and looked at me.

"You know Richelle," Li said as I entered, "I want to say thank you for the employment here and for allowing me to live with you. It honestly is the best job that I have ever had, and I never realized how much I was enjoying it until I thought about it this morning as I worked out. My lifestyle has never been healthier and stress-free. I took up some consulting on the side, and I am putting away more money than I ever had in my life. I am even thinking about investments."

I couldn't help but smile at this comment as I leaned back, "That is good to hear; the wealthy are only there because they start having money work for them. As a business owner and Investor, I can tell you that investing is a numbers game. First for you, though?" I said, "Do you mind if I give you a recommendation?" I asked.

"What is it?" LI asked as she was prepping breakfast.

"My recommendation is to invest in a place that you can rent out. Get yourself some equity outside of here. I am paying your rent, and my benefits are amazing. What I am saying is not to invest in a home for yourself. I am saying to develop a down payment and purchase a place that you can rent out in the future—somewhere where you can set aside and slowly earn equity. Now, I would like to be clear too. This isn't for making a lot of money," I shook my head.

"What is it for?" Li asked, cutting in.

"It is for the thing I told you it is for, Equity." I told her, "This Condo, or apartment, is Equity; it is something worth more now than when I purchased it. In fact, I convinced a bunch of Investors to purchase this property back when they were building it, and each investor purchased a Unit. Now this floor, as the biggest contributor, is mine, and we have an HOA that only does maintenance. This property is now worth over double what it was when  I first ordered it." I smiled as Li looked at me, surprised.

"So you want me to invest long-term?" Li asked.

I grinned, "That is the start. See," I took a deep breath, "Life insurance is another good one as you can borrow against it. But the same with your house in the future. Banks love equity for you to lean against, which is why I have a bunch of lands."

"Including the Land my company sits on," Victoria said, making me turn to her. Victoria was all sweaty but smiling as she came to sit down beside me, "Remember that everything Richelle says on this wasn't what she did," Victoria said with a smile, "She went a much different route. The reason she is recommending this route for you is that you have a full-time job, and he doesn't want you to look for other work. Investors actively moving money is gambling. Plain and simple, and here you sit before one of the best gamblers in the world telling you not to follow his route and take it slow and steady and develop wealth. Not Money and Riches, But Long term Wealth by buying things slowly while you are in a position to take advantage of them." Victoria finished, and I smiled and leaned over, and kissed her lips.

"It is more complicated than that, but she is right, and that goes for you too, Gabby," I said, turning to the woman in the doorway, also dripping sweat, and the kitchen's overwhelming smell of breakfast coming up overcame the sweat.

"I will think about it," Gabby said, "Honestly, I haven't been thinking about it since I haven't had expenses. I am paying off loans and everything first and helping a couple of family members out a bit, but so is Li. I will develop some cash before I decide anything further." Li said, and I nodded.

"Good, Now, Let us not talk about that," I said, turning to Li, now serving breakfast and placing plates in front of us with food. "Thanks!" I said with a smile.

"No problem, Enjoy!" Li said as she finished setting the plates in front of us, and we all started to gorge on the food.

Each meal was a pleasure and healthy, which was astonishing, to be honest. We all enjoyed ourselves, and the conversation ended fully. We were all hungry, and I could see uncomfortable movement, and I knew that the moment the food was complete, everyone would have a shower. The sweat on all of us was enormous, and it was starting to dry.

As Li finished, she moved to start cleaning up the kitchen, but I saw Gabby leave, saying she wanted to shower, and I finished up shortly after and did the same. I walked to the shower, washed up, and moments later, Victoria found her way into my bedroom. Her soft hands grabbed my hips, and she smiled as I turned my head to see her.

"Big plans for today?" Victoria asked.

"No," I told her, "regent gathering and using the gold I accumulated to ward the house. If I don't finish today, then I will tomorrow," I told her, and she kissed my neck, "I need to check my documents," I told her as she nibbled at my neck, sending a pleasurably tingle down my spine.

"I know; I have to finish an update and look over the new lab once more. Things are being tidied up and finished now. We also upgraded the building's power supply, and the local government was happy. Many palms needed to be greased for that one. But it is what it is," Victoria said.

She pulled back, and I turned around and kissed her. "Work then the game," I told her seriously, and she nodded.

"I set your outfit on your bed." She said and quickly grabbed the body wash. "Now help me quickly wash. I do need to go," Victoria finished.

I helped her quickly before she fled, and when I stepped out of my shower not long later, I found a low-cut T-shirt, a slightly padded bra, and panties with another pair of yoga pants. I think she liked seeing my ass in yoga pants, and I put them on.

I found nothing of note inside my office in the new emails and reports. It seemed that one of the investigators was working hard, and another mid-level employee was soon going to be brought up on federal embezzlement charges as it was a company we made contracts with the government with. It would be bad to overlook this, and I sighed.

My inattention let a lot of bad actors move in and take advantage of me. It would be a purge when this was all done, and I wondered what the media would think when this started to hit the journals. Maybe I should do some exclusives? Nah, I would get someone else to do it, put someone friendly in charge, and make sure they say exactly what I want.

Nodding to myself and hating how much corruption leaked in while I was gone, I got up. I walked to the pod.
