so I am new to downloading what do you mean polycounts? and to take care of them? Also are these items playable or just for show. Sorry for my ignorance...

Hi Michele, and welcome! Polycounts is a measure of how "heavy" an object is to render in game. People with lower end computers, or those who just want to play with a smoother game may avoid downloading objects with high counts, so I generally put warnings on sets that have higher than normal polys for those who keep track. These objects are functional and can be used for gameplay, but I recommend using them sparingly or only for photos as they will require your PC to use more resources. Hope this explains it!
