Some possible options for patreon -reintroducing tiers? Requests? (Patreon)

Hey there. I wanted to sort of get a feel for some things. 

I've had little hiccups but overall have been feeling much better and more productive the last few months. 

As you may know I used to have other tiers on the patreon but reduced everything to the $1 tier to make things easier on myself and be more fair.

I am struggling to maintain this financially at the moment and am trying to figure out ways where I can help support the channel etc without sacrificing what we already have.

One of the things I'm considering is reintroducing the $5 or $10 tiers for additional *new* exclusive content. But one thing I hate with tiers that have cost $30 in the past (I used to patron a few people) is I'd be disappointed by what I'd receive. Not that the content was bad but that it wasn't what triggered me personally. Also I don't want anyone at $1 to feel they are missing out.

So I wonder if for a $10 tier if I could make exclusive content, for example 3 videos a month, and then take the best parts of those videos and post them to the $1 tier. So if you can't afford it you can have that section on loop if it works for you and also you can know if there's something available that works for you before you commit. 

It may actually work better for me given my need for breaks to have it be a one time purchase like, to access a full video pay 3.99. So you get the preview and then get the longer video only if interested.

I also had a few people inquire to have personalized videos which I don't feel I have the time for but an interesting arrangement presented itself where I could record a personalized section and a general section. So for a 20 minute video, ten minutes would go to $1 tier and the whole 20 minutes go to the patron who commissioned it and keep the commissioned rate fairly low which takes pressure off me to perform. So then both the 1$ tier and the patron get value. These have to be very simple concepts as I get carried away with more complex ideas and thus it takes years to get done. 

I need to come up with a new way of organizing the patreon so that everything is attainable, manageable, and all tiers stay happy, and that there isn't anything behind a pay wall that is mysterious.
