Deleted $5 tier (Patreon)

I finally got around to deleting the second tier to avoid any confusion. I don't know what this does for those signed up for it. The $1 will continue to get whatever I post to patreon for the time being. Please make sure you edit your pledge to reflect this and you're not doing a higher amount believing it's required.
