Organized my carnival models, here are some screen shots. Some of you might have seen these already. Designing the costume at this moment. Have the illusionist role play pretty much planned out so I think that and Krampus 2 will be the first out the gate. Probably the illusionist role play will be first since I have to finish building a cave model for Krampus.
