With an instruction in mind, as well as some eager novice hunters; the Giant Slayer offers his pupils a trip through the Skull Valley. There they will learn about safely traversing the environment and perhaps study the abominations which stalk this terrible region. Upon their arrival, the peers who have never before seen the infamous landscape can barely believe the sight. Even the Giant Slayer himself, as seasoned as he may be, is forever overwhelmed by a sense of dread. The unnatural fields of bone linger in one's mind, presenting a question; how long until the entire world is drowned in an ocean of skulls? But we must push back the thought just as we push back the damnable forces at work.

Careful consideration is applied to each and every action within the valley. Patience is king, for one must be prepared to spend long moments unmoving, silent, and camouflaged, lest they are discovered by something sinister. Perhaps something rarely discussed but significantly important is the blood fog, only seen exceedingly far into the valley. Clouds of red, engulfing and obfuscating all who enter, ensuring they are lost, never to leave.

While demonstrating the diminished perception of most abominations, and how they can be lured into the toothed pits hiding beneath the skulls; the class observes an Armored Gargantuan. This bulky creature is mostly humanoid in its appearance, standing upright, two arms and legs, though covered head to toe in natural jagged bone armor. Almost exclusively seen within the Skull valley, it is known to battle and feast upon other abominations. Much to the benefit of today's instruction; they witness an unknown behemoth emerge from the blood fog and maul the gargantuan. The beast meets its foe in size and strength, also vaguely humanoid but hunched in posture, sporting longer muscular arms to rend its prey into ribbons, and a maw of teeth like readied swords.

This battle between titans serves the perfect opportunity to escape unnoticed, even if it means prematurely ending the day's lesson. Nevertheless, it doubles as a valuable warning to those who ignorantly stride into the unknown and untamed. As the class moves on to safer grounds, they seem gain another member to their group; the familiar gaze which spies from afar, a Watcher of great curiosity, and a terrible omen.

POLL:

-Retreat to High Sanctum

Perhaps the safest solution would be to surround themselves within their fortifications, perhaps it may also bring danger to everyone else.

-Ignore the Watcher

The slayer hopes they present no interest to the Watcher if they simply ignore it and avoid entering any larger settlements.

-Lose the Watcher

Maybe through the many lessons of speed, maneuverability, and stealth; he and his students may be of the few to escape a Watcher's gaze.

-Attack the Watcher

Throwing caution to the wind, the slayer organizes a quick attack plan to surround and defeat the Watcher before it can cause any future mischief.
