Tentacled Worm Loot Bag Find! (Patreon)

As you were walking down a crooked brick alleyway behind the tavern, you noticed an oddly placed pile of stone. Upon further inspection, you discovered that it was partially covering up a very deep hole. On bended knee, you moved the earth and brick to see what was down there. The stench emanating from it was rancid and the perimeter seemed to be covered with some sort of gelatinous goop. You jumped back when you felt the stones shift beneath your feet but were swiftly caught by the sleeve. You tugged and tugged to get free but the grip on you tightened!  Slowly, one tentacle, then another and another flopped to the surface and from the hole lurched a tentacled worm! His beaked mouth had a grip on your leather armor and his tentacle was quickly wrapping around your ankle! What will you do?
