I’m sure both of you are familiar with Game director Hideo Kojima, but I was wondering how well versed are you guys with his works or overall presence on places like Twitter? I’m intrigued because he fits very neatly in the cross section of both movies and politics discourse. A lot of his political takes were pretty interesting in the earlier metal gear games, and are often cited as being pretty prophetic at the time, especially metal gear solid 2. But he’s also seen as -the- movie guy amongst game devs and fans and often posts his thoughts on movies regularly. Though to me, his takes feel extremely milquetoast, but his fan base especially treat his views as gospel. If you’re not too familiar there is an hour long doc about him on D+ if you’re every curious, though it is a complete fluff piece.. Thanks, love everything you guys do on this podcast! Adam
