Hello Superdelegates! It's that time of the month again. Please add your submissions for voting on an episode topic in the comments - as always making a case for something too if you think it may help persuade your fellow superdelegates. Please lock in your vote by Wednesday, May 26 at noon EST.

You've been extremely generous to us so far in choosing stuff that's actually fun to watch, but don't feel bound by this if there's something truly heinous you'd like to subject us.

The flip side of Fight Club is of course the Mike Judge comedy Office Space! Both are very similar End of History tales: an everyman with a soul crushing desk job wakes up one day to realize that the only way to achieve spiritual nirvana is to tear it all down. But this one is supposed to be funny! Is it actually funny all these years later? I don’t know! That’s for the M&Us boys to figure out.

I can already hear a mostly-ironic reading of the printer scene, done in Zizek voice.

I'm going to propose the 2008 film "The Reader" because I think its apt given recent events to look at the German tendency to center themselves in narratives about the Holocaust, both in narratives that have a sort of soft suggestion that people largely didn't know and in anti-German narratives that support American imperialism and Israeli settler-colonialism. This movie (and the book it is based on) try to be a morality tale, but ultimately side-steps the question of what accountability and justice would look like for victims of the Holocaust in order to focus on the less important question of whether it's ok to reveal something shameful about someone they don't want revealed to save them from serving time for a crime they didn't commit.
