Was literally mid-set doing incline dumbbells when Luke said incline press was better than dumbbells 😞 135 overhead is a pretty damn impressive lift though I gotta say.

That's my PR (135x6) reached in 2022. Am currently leaning down and doing 115. Dumbbells are good too! I tend to rotate between them and the barbell every few months, though I do prefer the latter because the bar means you can life more (whereas a DB press also develops a lot of smaller stabilization muscles) - L

Hi everyone! New here so don't know if this is the forum for nominations but if so I nominate Godzilla vs Hedorah, aka Godzilla vs the Smog Monster. It is equally fun and existentially overwhelming. Godzilla is the atomic metaphor that could kill us. Hedorah towers over him, the smog monster that is actively killing us. The movie creates at least 2 of the most visceral environmentalist images put on screen while fully embracing the surreal relish-in-silliness of the Showa era movies. I think it's a movie of our current moment: in equal parts laughing and screaming at the void.
