Patreon Tiers update (Patreon)

I can now fully open up my patron so here is another update with an actual benefit update included a 20% discount on commissions for Patreon supporters but anyways I'm gonna be slowly working on rewards due to how hectic life has been will be I won't be as fast as I normally am  so if you get an idea for your reward and I haven't messaged you feel free to send me a dm and ill get back to you as soon as I can
