Moving away from PayPal (Patreon)

I'd like to move away from PayPal for commissions and explore other paying options.

Currently I pay about 6-7% in fees and the currency conversion is absolutely horrible next to incredibly iffy policies. Which makes my commission prices higher than I'd like them to be.

Is there any other Payment Processors you have experience with? I'd gladly look into it!
I mostly heard about Stripe and Square but have no personal experience with either of them.
Though I have also heard that neither of them accept NSFW content to be sold through their service so I'm a little uncertain about it.

I'm already doing some transactions through Wise and have had no issues so far. It's pretty much just a simple bank transfer and you don't need an account to pay through Wise but it's a little more simple if you do. It would be my first choice for now until I can find another alternative. 

In the end I'd like to use something than inconveniences my clients the least.
