Sorting your dishes and rubbish has become pretty common at McDonalds and Columbus Cafe for example. But cleaning your tables... That's surprising given how many small jobs exist in Japan for that kind of task, you would imagine restaurants would hire more people just to have this done besides serving. Then again if you use robots to serve customers, it's hard to imagine hiring people to do the table cleaning.

It seems hard for businesses to find enough staff in Japan at the moment, J-B, so they seem to be automating as much as possible. Probably more profitable to, isn't it.
