A-hah! It's finally getting through to me; the cultural significance of April in Japan. It's really a time of new beginnings, isn't it? The new school year, the sakura, the rice, and I'm sure more things than I'm aware of. Alrighty, then..! Off we go! Another season begins on The Japan Channel. (Suddenly now in the last few years I've begun to mark my life in Canada by the Japanese growing season. What the-?)
