What is the truth? (Patreon)

We are always suspicious when big companies tell us they are making changes because that is what the users want. We know the Patreon company would like to be paid more money up front, but we find it hard to believe that patrons want to do that. Even if what they say is true, that means 68% DON"T want to pay upfront and a year ahead - so we DON'T intend to do this. Interested to hear your opinions, though.
