For this sim to look exactly like the pictures you will need this:

Eyes / Teeth / Body / feet / Nose / (The head slider is included since the creator is not longer active) / Chin / Hair

The last picture is the sim without the reshade so that is the real look!

How You install him?

download the .zip and extract the content

the .packages  put them on your mods folder and the rest in the “tray” folder who is located in your documents/electronicarts/sims4/tray…
