As I was working on some general sandbox content for a 0.7.1 update, I began to do some writing on the side when I wasn't able to work on the graphics and, well, seems kind of like my ADHD took over and the graphics got put aside and writing is now on the menu.

So, for right now, I'm not sure which direction I'm going to go with 0.7.1. I've got the port for Android working, as far as I can tell, so with that being stable, and writing going quickly, I'm thinking of jumping over a 0.7.1 version and going directly to the 0.8 version.

The 0.8 version has always been planned as a pretty good sized update, taking the player up to the time of the esbat and then pretty much all the way through it. It's a different style of storytelling for The Apothecary, being more linear than sandbox, but the main path taken is determined by the player's previous choices which are then given side-branches to explore inside the esbat itself.

It's quite a chore to write with so many branching paths.

I know I said I'd be doing a 0.7.1 update to test the Android port to a part two, but I have to follow where my desire is pointing me. For those of you with ADHD, you know what I mean. For those that don't, and don't understand, it's best described with the saying:

"I'm a leaf on the wind."

I might go back and do a small 0.7.1 update if the mood strikes me to get to doing the animating for sandbox content going again. I'll keep you guys updated.
