Things are coming along for the 0.2 update. There's no one here right now, and that's perfectly okay. I know what I am doing is not for everyone. But if you have stopped by to look at the place, welcome and here's the update!

All the writing and pretty much all the rendering has been accomplished. The 0.2 build is going through building and alpha testing right now, with a lot of backend stuff (journal, inventory, and other function updates) still waiting to be finished. I am sure it will be done sometime in August.

Now, what is in the update? It ended up being 23 scenes, 22 of which are considered in the story and one that helps update those with saved games from the 0.1d version. It should fire right away so long as the player has gone through the intro and the first scene with Reece.

Certain things within the game, such as the potion-making and sandbox portions, are going to be gradually increased over the updates, and sometimes might not be added in or onto at all. For example, in this update, no new potion recipes are learned. The goal in this update was to get everyone in the story INTO the story and finally give the player some agency that wasn't present in the first episode.

Frankly, I would suggest that if anyone has started the game and has a saved game, they should go back and restart it. There's enough changed (or going to be changed) in the 0.1d scenes to make certain things happening in 0.2 and later not make a whole lot of sense. There will also be some functionality changes regarding the gathering of ingredients to make it less like a roll of the dice and more about the game.
