Reward changes + updates (Patreon)

I've done my monthly review of the Patreon projects and decided to make some changes to the rewards. As always, I want to be transparent about this Patreon so I am posting all the changes and the reasoning behind them.

1. I've added the Patreon bot to my discord server which will now automatically assign and delete the patron role depending on your pledge. This automation is great, since it had become kind of a nightmare keeping up with who pledged/unpledged. Now I can simply post the monthly password in the patron exclusive room knowing it won't be sent to people who unpledged.

2. Refocusing the Daily Dirties so it becomes mainly an outlet to have fun and explore potential projects. For that (and some other reasons) I've decided to remove the monthly poll for themes. I like to keep my freedom for this project and will potentially rename it make it more accurately reflect its experimental and fun nature. 10$+ patrons will still be able to directly suggest me some things to try out.

3. The monthly raffles are great, I love how they bring a lot more variation and content to the table. Now I want to give the 10$ more bounce to the ounce. Therefore the current raffle system has changed:

1 VIP raffle - accessible for 10$+ (2 winners)

1 regular raffle - accessible for 5$+ (2 winners)

Essentially the outcome of this change is that there will be a bigger chance of winning a sketch when you are in the 10$+ pool!
