Collar d6 #08 - Inks (Patreon)

Finished strip will go up Saturday. I included some of the concept sketches for the priestess here as well. I changed her design a lot from the pencils version of the strip because she looked less like a priestess and more like the demon queen herself and that was -not- what I was going for. Hope y'all are okay with the change. Also, I felt the clothing she was wearing originally was too 'real world-ish' and I want to keep the realistic looking fetish-wear on the real world characters while the in-game characters look more gamey. If that makes any sense. Anyways.

December was a bust for me. From start to (almost) finish, it was just a shitshow to the point where I just gave up and selfishly took most of the month off. I didn't -plan- to do that, but since shit just kept going wrong that's how it worked out. Frankly, I'm glad to see this month and the whole damn 'holiday season' coming to a close. Fuck 2023 and fuck this time of year.

I'm going to turn my full attention to C6 now. And I'm going to be pushing to increase my output so we don't spend another year with me waffling around and leaving the strip at a snail's pace. I will -not- be rebooting C6 or giving up on it and even after the Blackstone arc concludes (in 2024 as is the plan) the characters and the world will live on. This is my Dragon Ball. Flaws and all, it's a part of me and as long as I'm alive and able, I'll keep making it. Thank you everyone for making that possible.
