And we're off with the new universe! This is something I've wanted to do for ages and I'm so happy to be able to get to do it! Thank you all for making this possible!

Well, this new story has certainly gotten off to a really fun start already, with poor Laura showing us just much of a rookie she really is (at least when it comes to certain aspects of adventuring) at this point in time. Even the humble Gelly, a creature which appears to be one of the weakest monsters around, seems to be a bit more than she can easily handle while adventuring all on her own; without any group to back her up! Hopefully, Laura's luck will improve soon, once she encounters Michelle... But I do have to wonder, does Laura already have her interest in rubber (as a material which you can make clothing out of, but she has attempted to keep this 'sinful' desire hidden away from her fellow worshipers of Atalea, wanting to keep the core principles of her religion as best she can), or will this whole event now end up being the catalyst for her picking up that particular trait in the first place? After all, having almost every single inch of her body (especially if her current set of priestess robes end up either totally destroyed or badly damaged by the Gelly's attack [or Michelle's rescue causes the issue], with Laura now having to buy a replacement set in the nearest village [while she borrows a spare set of clothes from Michelle until they get to a shop], once she's been rescued by the mage) coated in a very tight and shiny material; with it showing off every single one of her body's curves in great detail (while also technically covering up all of the naughtier details, depending on how tight it is), might end up being a extremely interesting experience for Laura indeed, especially if she's lived a sheltered life (only knowing the temple of Atalea in which she had been trained as a priestess, due to her having been found abandoned outside of their front door as a baby) up until this point in time. And depending on where exactly this temple was actually located and its size (since it could end up being more of a monastery instead, one which produces most of the things that it needs to support those who live there and importing any items that they can't make for themselves), Laura might not even be used to visiting towns! It's going to be very interesting to see just how much culture shock she and Michelle might have with each other, once they start traveling with each other, it depending on just how knowledgeable Michelle is about Atalea's religion and whatever quirks she might have... And will this first story arc be where Laura and Michelle form their group, with the others (Trina and Ginger, maybe with some other allies we know) joining up later on in their journey, or are the others already a part of Michelle's party (with Laura being the newest recruit which Michelle has located)?

Um, is Laura kneeling in panels 2,3,4? she looks shorter and childlike in those panels, but much taller and, well, curvaceous in the last panel. (Panel 5 sort of looks like she's standing up.) If she perhaps kneeled down to look at the Gelly that would explain it.
