Honest question here:

Do y'all want me to work on other stuff besides C6? More BDSM-centric short comics and art? Because I know C6 gets bogged down in the DBZ-stuff and the lore and that turns people off. Many of you I know follow me because you like my weird artstyle and such and some of you followed me specifically for what I did with Collar(ed)6.

So my question is: Should I do comics that aren't C6?

I want to be sure what I'm doing is what y'all wan.

I'm here for all your work. I like C6 a lot and in addition I also like the other things you've drawn. Keep making the art that's inside you and I'm not going anywhere

I am all for you doing what you want to do Fiona. You are the artist and we wouldn't want you to feel burned out.

Sasquatch_2703

I mean, you do you, I love your art style regardless and will enjoy whatever you do.

I like C6 alot, but it's also nice to see you express your creativity aswell, keep doing what makes you happy and I'll keep reading.

SINISTAR

C6 has some neat ideas, but I generally find it bogged down in the... adventure? Hero? narrative. Things like the Drone Cult comic are generally much more appealing

I'm all for seeing other stuff, but only if you're actually interested in making it.

Collar6

I had been worried about that a lot lately. Long-form narrative and shonen conventions aren't doing my any favors in garnering new readers.

Collar6

I certainly wouldn't abandon my long-time project but I do think working on other, shorter or even one-shot stuff would let me do a lot more.

Collar6

Thank you so much, it's great to know I won't drive you off with whatever nonsense I wind up producing~!

Hi, long time reader (I mean, when you had the OLD website for C6..... Like, comic#5 old), first time poster. I would love to see what other things that you have in that fascinating brain of yours. C6 will always have my kinky little heart, but it's not bad to explore other stories from you. Please never stop creating stuff. It's pretty great.

Dove

I'm all for the side projects. That said I love C6. It's what brought me to you in the first place lovey.

Collar6

Oh wow, nice to hear from a long-time reader like yourself! And thanks for the feedback! Honestly I feel a bit restricted by what I'm able to draw presently due to C6's longform narrative format and I really just want a chance to do some different BDSM-centric stuff. I promise for as long as I can keep making this stuff, I won't stop~! Thank you so much for speaking up!

ED

Well, i start read you comix, since Crimson latex times, but really hooked me up, it is Collared 6. I understand, you create it, like pure sex pics, to attract more readers, but... it overgrow, in full scale story, over time. It have, something that is missing in your other side comics - BDSM sex, the use of toys, and a close passion in latex. They were there, though not often, but were. This was sorely missed in other comics. Though not many, but just one hot sex scene, inserted at the end of a long story, would be a great culmination. It became much lacking, closer communication between the girls. Now, it seems that they keep their distance from each other and do not dare on bold deeds and expressions of feelings between them. No touches, hugs, kisses... I think therefore, Collar (ed) 6 is more popular than your other comics. But anyway, I really want to see, if not Collar (ed) 6, (I really hope for its continuation soon) then your other work with bolder bsdm and latex adventures. Cheers, and dont lose your gentle touch!)))

The question isn't should you do different stuff, the question is what can you handle? You've tried and failed to up your production output before, and while that's not the same as adding more to your repertoire, it should be a concern because you already have at least three series in Julia, Winterland Dolls, and Succubus' Slave that you hardly work on.

Ross Kirkland

I realy like collar 6 but I also like your other more bdsm focused commics. I fined collar 6 has a bit to much serious plot and storie for me to enjoiy the bdsm in it to the fullist but I like the plot and storie so it works well. it is good to have other simpler commics which focus on the bdsm more. that being said I don't get the apeal of coller(ed)6, its good and clearly populer judging by the polls so I don't mined it but it alwase seemed like a slightly diffrent, more condenced collar6 which is a bit redundant to my mind so I cant get into it (which is a shame but o well).

LlamaMaster

While I'm loving the direction that C6 is going in, I would definitely really enjoy seeing more BDSM-centric stuff (particularly the Succubus Slave series - curious to see where that one goes). ...however, as many other people have said, I think what's most important is for you to work on the kind of content that YOU are interested in doing. I remember some of the earlier chunks of C6 (even as "recent" as the first introduction of the Stable Sisters, right after the Atlantis arc), and - at least from my impression - you seem to enjoy focusing on the DBZ stuff and lore at least a little more than the bondage and kinkiness. Although part of that may also be due to changes you've made to your production schedule/routine. So, as long as you're happy with the content you're making, I'm happy to be here supporting it :)

I'm largely here for Collar 6, but I also enjoy your other stuff and look forward to seeing where some of them are going.

I absolutely positively understand the need to keep yourself from burning out, and refreshing your creative needs.

TF Commando

Follow your muse! I came here for your work, which was both C6 and Julia, so more Julia or other new ideas are appealing.

Fi , I'd lie if I told you I wasn't here for C6 and Ced6, but, seeing other ideas of you is great too. So go for it, lovely Fi ^^.

I think creating other stories helps with Collar 6, and I've enjoyed the various other stories you've told over the years., so as others have said, please follow your muse into all the fun places it leads. Also, as I don't think it's said enough: Thank You! Thank you for all the joy you've brought over the years since I followed the link you posted to the Savvie & Lacey forum about this comic you'd started to write called Collar 6. :-)

Collar6

Oh wow, you're an oldschooler like me! Savvie and Lacey inspired the heck out of me (obviously) and I wish James had stayed with us longer in life. I miss him and his work. Thank YOU for reading all this time and staying with me through all the trouble and changing locations that's gone down over the years! This hasn't been the easiest strip to access over the past decade and it means everything to me that you stayed with me despite it all. Thank you. Sincerely. :)
