I actually get the impression that she's going into subspace... And, considering that Madame Blackstone apparently has a special subspace where she can keep Laura in a crystal cage (if I remember correctly), it'll be interesting to see whether the Stable Sisters have similar powers.

Well now, it certainly looks like Trina's a lot more aware of what's been happening right now (namely how Zircon is trying to alter her mana to submissive again [even if Trina's still thinking that she needs to act as a dominant for Michelle at the moment, thanks to Blackstone's mental manipulations], leaving Trina totally vulnerable to whatever the Stable Sister plans to do next) than Michelle was in a fairly similar situation? I'd guess that having a mix of both dominant and submissive energies in her body naturally (along with knowing how different they both feel) helped Trina to work it out faster (since Michelle only had to deal with possessing dominant mana, before the total energy swap Blackstone pulled, so getting turned completely submissive really threw Michelle off balance mentally and physically; thanks to the new energy source which she's working with now totally overwhelming all of her senses). But I am certainly curious about what just happened in this last panel, since it could either be really bad for Trina, or something really good! If Trina has just been put into subspace by Zircon's hand; she is about to be pushed to her absolute limit (while hoping to knock out), greatly hampering Trina's chance of successfully helping Michelle right now... But maybe Trina's actually gotten an unexpected power boost from a certain member of her family, one who we have only seen some brief glimpses of in subspace during this whole situation? And if that's the case, we even might get a slight call-back to a certain event that has happened a few times in the past (something Lomond's pointed out). Going to be interesting to see how things develop from here though! Even if Trina does beat Zircon here, there is going to be several other people to beat and they might be far more subtle in their challenges...
