You know, I gotta say that I'm going to be a little disappointed when we inevitably return to the status-quo. I really have been digging how cute "Submissive-Michelle" is (seriously, between this story line and Collar(ed), my cup really hath runneth over lately). And, as exemplified by that last panel, "Dominant-Trina" really works for me.

Well now, the very fact that the Blackstone Kingdom seems to disregard the use of safe words completely is a clear sign of just how corrupted it has either become (or it was like this from its very creation); since not having this major safety net lets dominants, like Blackstone herself, or other people (whom she has ended up twisting into being overly cruel dominants, thanks to the powers she has) push their slaves way past their normal limits. Trina's expression in that last panel certainly tells us how she's not really looking forward to this whole situation, given the fact that she's just after realizing that Zircon (and most, if not all, of the other stable sisters) are going to be pushing her extremely hard during each of their tests; without giving her any chance to catch her breath! But, if Trina wants to successfully get past the barrier which would block her access to Blackstone's castle and save Michelle (or she will try to anyway, given that all of these tests seems like they could have their completion conditions changed up at the whim of the stable sisters during each challenge; unless Blackstone has ordered them to stick with whatever completion criteria they have given Trina at the start of each or their tests, so as to be somewhat 'fair' to Trina), she's going to have to play by their rules and try to complete all these challenges... I do have to wonder something though: how exactly has Blackstone managed to hide the fact that both she and all the other dominants of her kingdom don't respect (or allow) the use of safe words from the outside world for so long, since that learning detail would certainly cause some major alarm to the general public (since a person could easily be taken there against their will and broken into a slave who is no longer able to resist their owner's orders; either by Blackstone herself [if they have displayed certain talents that grab her attention], one of those who have a close enough connection to her to be shielded by the influence she has, or those who were willing to make some kind of deal with Blackstone), along with most of the Association's leadership and all their allies? I'm getting the feeling that it's either due to Blackstone's special mental abilities allowing her to 'convince' those people who are there to keep an eye on the situation (both the official inspectors and undercover agents which had been sent to look for any secrets) into making reports that state that everything is totally normal, certain leaders of the world being willing to turn a blind eye to Blackstone's illegal actions (due to her providing a way to discretely remove people from play who they can't deal with using legal methods), or a mixture of both options. But it is certainly going to be extremely interesting to see the fallout of this whole situation, if everything which has happened during this event is written up in a report; like the fact Michelle'd submitted to another dominant for a time, even if Blackstone had pulled this off via some unusual techniques and fairly questionable methods! And where exactly is Nora in this current situation... Has Blackstone also captured her and is keeping her on the Blackstone estate somewhere else, or has she left her alone for the moment, using Michelle's current situation (maybe even threatening to publicly reveal Michelle's new status as a submissive rubber pony girl to the whole world and have her 'declare' that Blackstone's her mistress now) as a way to blackmail Nora into standing down?
