The lore thing in the Fallout TV show that might draw some ire from fans is that Shady Sands, the capitol of the New California Republic, was supposedly destroyed four years before Fallout: New Vegas is set - generally regarded as one of the best games of all time (despite it even at the time being a janky buggy mess) and the NCR is a major faction in it. But one of the games original creators, Tim Cain, basically said on his YouTube channel that the date could be wrong, or the date in the games could be wrong - it really doesn't matter that much.
