VESHAG, Warden of the Wildfire 🍃🔥 4k (Patreon)

A wildfire in the forest can bring destruction, and reduce acres to ash... but it also burns away dead matter, nourishes the soil, and paves the way for an explosion of new life in its wake. And in that wake, walking barefoot across the smoldering cinders of dead trees and brush, comes Veshag... here to both ignite the blaze, and also reseed the forest and take care of the new saplings that spring up at his feet.

Hope you guys dig this take on "Life + Fire"!! the concept was inspired by both D&D and a suggestion from a friend, and I think it was a cool way to unite two elements that feel somewhat opposed. Enjoyed developing his armor too, I tried to bring in hot gold pieces that felt sorta flame-like, and cool green cloth that felt more like foliage.

His name is developed from one that @Cat&Cauldron suggested - "Veshraya" - I liked the way that name evoked Hindu gods a bit, which I felt like tied in with the way I saw his armor taking shape. So I took the first half, which reminded me of "Vishnu", and added "-ag" at the end which is related to the hindi word for fire. = Veshag!
