Finished Gunbuster. Was a wild ride from start to finish. It really is a demonstration as to why Gainax was such an awesome animation studio back in its heyday, finances notwithstanding. They seriously had some top tier talent who could pump out the coolest shit. Course now those people have moved on and created their own studios, but even now you can look at what those studios are making today and see Gunbuster's influence. Again, if you haven't watched it yet I highly recommend it. It's only 6 episodes, so you can blast through it in an afternoon if you want to marathon it.

Now I need to get around to watching Diebuster.
