This Friday I'm planning on going to the batting cages with my brother after plans fell through last time. I'm even taking half a day off from work to go and do it. It's either go Friday or risk potential rain on Monday (got that day off). After watching it off and on, I finally finished VS Knight Lamune & 40 FIRE! It was a swell, if dumb, kids anime. It's 90s ass 90s if you like 90s ass. You got everything from bad puns to giant robots to getting sucked inside the game isekai to a female villain where the gag is her breasts are very large. The thing that disappointed me was that traversal was done through portals going from place to place instead of regular travel. Then halfway through the show they're in a metaverse doing challenges for like 7 episodes straight. Still, it was dumb fun. 8 year old me would've loved it. There were snippets where I could see the through line to its sequel becoming adult oriented full of nudity and sex.
