I know I said before that I was done with Elden Ring, but I'm not done with Elden Ring. I changed my tactics and managed to kill the boss before the final boss, and then went over and killed Melania, which was a bitch and a half. Now I've been enjoying myself doing multiplayer and helping other players in boss fights so that they can get further in the game. At the moment I've been playing a lot of Crumbling Farum Azula. Doing the boss fight in that region is alright, but I like it when I get summoned way earlier in the level so I can play through the region traditionally and help cheese through mobs. There's some tough cookies in the level that was difficult when I played it solo.

Not sure how long that enjoyment will last, but I'm trying to put off fighting the final boss again until I feel like I'm tired of playing it. I know for a fact that the moment I see the credits roll, I'm gonna put the game down and not come back until a remaster is released 10+ years down the road. Though, with over 100 hours put into the game so far, I'm really getting my $50 worth (because I bought it in store at Walmart and they put games out cheaper).

Might be time to check back up on Genshin Impact to see if there's been new content added in the last few months, but maybe I'll try to hold off until Summer so as to get a nice good glut of content. In which case not sure what I'll be playing next. I got a backlog of shit I've gotten through sales over the years that I've still yet to play that I just haven't felt like it.

If you need a suggestion for what to play I've recently been obsessed with The Long Dark. It may seem tedious at first but setting yourself a challenge like surviving for 500 days and it becomes more enjoyable.
