I wonder if my fiancee....I mean the goth woman only has the ability to change people into clothes in order to steal their powers...If she changes these two and steals their powers, will she be able to, and WANT to, change back their victims? (Holy run on sentence Batman!)

She has the same limitations as the original wielder of the powers she uses. She also doesn't get any knowledge of how to use them when she gets them. She has to experiment and practice with the powers in order to get profecient with them. She is a fast learner with her acquired powers though. If she can turn Bethany's back to normal she's at a disadvantage on that. She only knows the whereabouts of two of them. This topic will be explored further as the story progresses! 😁
