Seems the same for me. Can only save right from the page and not any when they are in the expanded viewer would usually save from for higher quality and size. Can save first though just through page the one on FA is bigger and higher quality. The other 3 are basically small thumbnail sizes only when it lets me save.

Patreon Support on Twitter mentions changes to stop audio files being saved, seems to also affect images. You can use your browser's web development tools to find the img src tag after you've clicked on the image to get around it.
