First teaser for upcoming drama "The Queen's Umbrella" (Patreon)

If you're a fan of Kim Hye Soo, this sounds like a chance to see her in a different(ish) sort of role.

She plays the titular Queen in this story, which appears to be about how the Queen goes to great lengths, not only to protect her sons, but also, to discipline and groom them to be proper princes.

Apparently, this Queen used to be serene but has turned into quite the prickly, fiery character due to all the palace trials she's endured.

..Which, does actually sound like a role that's well-suited to Kim Hye Soo, heh.

Show is 16 episodes and will air from 15 October to 4 December, on Saturdays and Sundays, on tvN and Netflix.
