This little drama had somehow flown under my radar, most likely because it's coming from Daum Kakao TV instead of one of the usual networks.

Rookie actor Choo Young Woo stars as Ji Yool, who works as a vet in Seoul. Ji Yool suddenly finds himself in Heedong Village, tasked with looking after his grandfather's animal clinic.

While there, he meets policewoman Ja Young (Joy), who helps him navigate his new life in the village - and of course, romance blooms.

This sounds like it could be rather charming in a rustic, low-key sort of way?

Show is 12 eps of just 30 mins each, and will air on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2 Sept to 28 Sept, on Daum Kakao TV and Netflix.
