Junho's vlog of L'Officiel Hommes shoot (Patreon)

I always love when Junho drops a vlog on his YouTube channel, and this one in particular, is a great look at what went on behind-the-scenes, for his L'Officiel Hommes shoot.

We get to see a lot more (15 outfits! Far out!) compared to the short clip that I shared previously. 

That bit, where Junho talks about being happy in unhappiness, and unhappy in happiness, really made me feel like I could understand his discipline a little better. 

Like, it's not like he's happy to manage his diet and exercise regime in such a controlled manner; he does it because he keeps the end in mind, that he needs to be in a good place in both, in order to show up well for work. I like that.

Also, the way he casually mentions that he worked out for 3 hours the previous day, kind of blows my mind a bit. That's a long time to be working out! So much dedication to being at his best, so that he can give of his best. 🤩
