Here's a subbed teaser for Forecasting Love and Weather, which is basically about an office romance between a sunbae and her hoobae, at the national weather broadcast service.

I'm only cautiously optimistic about this, because even though I've enjoyed Park Min Young and Song Kang in various shows, I feel like, 1, Park Min Young's getting rather typecast, and I'm getting echoes of Secretary Kim in almost all her roles now. 🙈😅 And 2, I don't know if Song Kang can pull off a romantic leading man convincingly. At least, I didn't much care for what I saw of his romantic leading man, in Nevertheless.

STILL. Never say never! Who knows, this could be fantastic? I had very little in the way of expectations when I checked out She Would Never Know (also an office-based noona romance), and I ended up LOVING it.

Fingers crossed that this will be a happy surprise too!

Show will air on jTBC and Netflix, from 12 Feb to 3 April, on Saturdays and Sundays.

KFG ❤️

Park Min Young is one of my fav actresses and love the fact she is a "chingu" in the Korean sense. All this vicarious living through the fact she gets to act against these younger male actors. I'm like that age difference isn't so bad anymore (haha). Most of her dramas are very highly rated for me. Song Kang I am not100% sold on. I hated Love Alarm with a passion (but that wasn't because of him), I enjoyed his performance in Netherless, part way through Navillera and Sweet Home is too scary for me to watch. What I am not sure about is whether I would find any chemistry between them believable. I also am not sure his acting chops will be able to match Park Min Young or not. All that said, it won't stop me from watching it though haha

After watching She Would Never Know, I'm ready for another noona-romance. Crossing my fingers that this is a good watch coz I love Park Min Young in the shows she's in but yeah her characters seem to be almost similar.
