You know who this is, right? Why it's Arthur's mom! You might have watched Arthur when you were a kid. If not, I'll bring you up to speed. It's a wholesome cartoon from the late 90's about a kid aardvark named Arthur and the daily adventures he has. Little know fact... I did a bit of animation work on this show way back in the day. Not much, and I never drew his mom.... until now. ^_^
