Our recruits are graduating (Patreon)

In October we recruited 6 new people in a short period. I knew it was going to be a huge challenge, but we decide to take it anyway.

After almost 2 months of training, I can say that 4 out of 6 recruits are doing very well today and the other 2 still need more training until they become independent.

We’ll select a new team of 5 people (a mix of veterans and recent graduates) to make the Fantasy project in early 2023.

In early 2023, we also expect to take 6 other recruits. Hopefully, our teaching skills will be even better.

My heart gets warm when I see a recruit become independent.
