What is the difference related to patch only version?

If you are a $5 Patron, you have to have Episode 2 installed on your PC before installing the patch for Episode 3.

The Patch would add the new content in this update in to an existing fully installed Episode 2 which is why the Patch is much smaller in size. The alternative download is usually a full installation of Episode 3 which would be the equivalent in size to Episode 2 plus the size of the Patch.

I don't know if this is a glitch or not but when the MC is remembering about the women in Episode 1 Lily doesn't show up.

It is the one where you get the three choices and how you feel about each girl after meeting them it is just right after you leave Susan's shop but before the Emily peek scene.

Ah, I thought I remembered seeing it from a previous version, though it would be nice to add more RP points for Lily considering she only has 1 or 2 at that point.
